Job details
About this role
Role overview This role owns the product vision and roadmap for participant recruitment and panel management across a user research platform. It sits at the intersection of product, operations, and an external panel partner ecosystem, partnering with engineering, design, panel operations, go-to-market, customer success, and research partners. The position ensures that customers can reliably recruit the right audiences and trust the quality of participants across unmoderated, moderated, and AI-moderated study types.
Responsibilities - Define the product vision and roadmap for recruitment and participant management across the platform. - Improve participant quality through stronger feedback loops, quality signals, filtering, and clearer participant experiences. - Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need across different study types, including complex enterprise use cases. - Analyze panel performance and identify gaps in participant supply, quality, and fulfillment. - Partner with panel operations to continuously improve the tools, workflows, and handoffs used to fulfill recruitment requests. - Help evaluate and onboard new panel partners and determine where deeper integrations can improve quality, coverage, or efficiency. - Develop smarter routing of studies to the right participant supply based on customer and study needs. - Partner with sales, customer success, and research partners on customer needs, recruitment feasibility, packaging, adoption, and deal enablement. - Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfillment, and the overall recruitment experience.
Requirements - Experience as a Product Lead, or equivalent, owning complex product areas from strategy through execution. - Comfort working on products that span software, operations, and external partners rather than a single product surface. - Ability to turn messy, cross-functional problems into clear product direction and shipped outcomes.
Nice to have - Familiarity with user research workflows, panel operations, or participant recruitment ecosystems. - Experience partnering with go-to-market and customer success teams on packaging and adoption.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first role with a preference for Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, or Portugal, where key engineering and product teams are based. - Health insurance with international coverage including vision and dental, with the team member premium fully covered. - Free access to mental health care including unlimited virtual therapy sessions and 24/7 resources. - Life and disability insurance with the team member premium fully covered. - Flexible time off and meaningful equity. - Fully paid company retreats, a new MacBook, and 16 weeks of paid family leave for birth or adoptive parents. - Monthly stipend for dependent health coverage or other flexible benefits such as gyms, co-working, food, or travel. - One-time remote work setup fund and flexible scheduling where you manage your own hours. - Recognition program with monthly points redeemable for gift cards and more, plus virtual social events throughout the year.
