Junior Product Designer

Role overview A junior product designer is being recruited to join a Product Design team that ships web and mobile applications in Figma for clients ranging from established companies to early-stage startups. Engagements span sectors such as Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech, with most clients coming from the US IT market. The role operates on Polish time, fully remote or hybrid, and pairs each designer with a mentor for onboarding and growth.

Responsibilities - Design landing pages, web applications, and parts of mobile applications based on specifications - Use AI tools to produce interactive prototypes that bring concepts to life - Map out user flows from client requirements and contribute to design-system work - Join client and internal meetings with designers, developers, and product owners to shape scope - Present ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback from mentor, buddy, leader, and product owner - Support internal projects and company initiatives, sometimes producing presentations or marketing assets

Requirements - Portfolio with at least one UI desktop or mobile project, ideally showing AI use in the design process - 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position - Working understanding of UX rules and the Figma environment - Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude and similar - Able to build basic style guides with UI elements, work within existing design systems, and prepare responsive web designs - C1 written and spoken Polish and C1 English - Familiarity with Scrum and Agile, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have - Experience preparing marketing assets for Dribbble or social posts - Illustration, branding, Webflow, or Framer skills - Motion work in After Effects or Jitter - Automation tools such as Make or n8n
