Staff Salesforce Architect

Role overview This is a hands-on lead individual contributor role serving as the technical backbone of an internal Salesforce platform team that supports Go-To-Market, Product Support, and Legal/Risk/Compliance functions. The architect sets the platform's technical direction while actively building, coding, configuring, and shipping solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, including an active CPQ to Revenue Cloud migration. The position carries end-to-end ownership of architecture decisions, their tradeoffs, and downstream consequences.

Responsibilities - Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, including the active CPQ to Revenue Cloud migration. - Lead architecture and design sessions, producing design documents, solution options, and tradeoff analyses. - Author and maintain coding and design standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices and security standards. - Configure, code, and deploy complex solutions directly on the platform rather than only producing designs for others to build. - Drive the Agentforce and AI strategy, lead integrations with critical systems and the broader GTM toolchain, and own security hardening of the Salesforce org. - Build and maintain the technical backlog, proactively identify system and process gaps, and independently drive solutions to completion.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience operating as a Salesforce architect with at least two years owning architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and consequences. - Deep, hands-on proficiency across Salesforce configuration, coding, and deployment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. - Strong track record leading architecture sessions, writing design documents, and performing rigorous code reviews. - Experience integrating Salesforce with adjacent systems such as CPQ, contracts, finance, and broader GTM tooling. - Familiarity with Agentforce, AI-driven features on the platform, and security hardening practices for Salesforce orgs.

Nice to have - Experience leading CPQ to Revenue Cloud migrations. - Background supporting GTM, Product Support, or Legal/Risk/Compliance functions on Salesforce.
