About this role
Role overview Lead technical workstreams and initiatives within a Product Operations and Technical Program Management function, coordinating across engineering, product, design, TechAI, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams. The role focuses on delivering complex platform, product, and innovation projects on time and within scope in the card issuing and payments space.
Responsibilities - Drive technical projects from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources. - Identify dependencies, risks, and issues and develop mitigation strategies. - Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and business teams. - Lead technical planning, estimation, and prioritization sessions. - Document technical decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders. - Provide regular status updates to leadership and remove obstacles for engineering teams. - Balance technical tradeoffs against business requirements and timelines.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 3+ years of technical program or project management experience. - Strong grasp of relevant technologies, software development methodologies, and S-SDLC processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and development practices. - Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have - PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana. - Data analysis and visualization skills. - Background in electronic payments and accounting systems.
