UIPath RPA Software Developer

Role overview Fully remote opportunity for a UiPath RPA Software Developer focused on building, designing, and deploying bots on the UiPath platform. The role spans the full software development lifecycle for robotic process automation solutions, including specialized automation testing for Oracle EBS HR modules, and supports mission-critical government programs.

Responsibilities - Build, design, and deploy bots on the UiPath platform following SDLC best practices - Develop process models, complex data types, forms, business rules, and workflow constants within the UiPath BPM framework - Create automation testing for the Oracle EBS HR module - Develop applications, interfaces, process flows, expressions, data types, sites, and integrations on UiPath - Build UiPath plugins and embedded interfaces, presenting demos to internal teams and program stakeholders

Requirements - BS/BA in a Science, Mathematics, or Engineering discipline - 5+ years of relevant experience as an application developer - Hands-on expertise with the UiPath BPM framework and architecture - Exposure to multiple technology platforms including Java/J2EE, Python, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and APIs - Working knowledge of SDLC, project management, and application delivery/integration - US citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice to have - UiPath certification - Active security clearance

Benefits and work setup Fully remote position. Projected compensation range is $89,100–$148,200, depending on experience, skills, education, certifications, and contract labor category.
