Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst

Role overview Fully remote senior-level position for an Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst who will lead complex HR systems projects from strategy through delivery. The role focuses on Oracle ERP HR modules and bridges technical implementations with stakeholder needs across enterprise HR processes.

Responsibilities - Lead high-risk, high-complexity Oracle ERP HR projects, defining strategy, scope, and resource allocation - Evaluate new IT developments and recommend long-term system alternatives and architectural enhancements - Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders and senior executives - Lead and facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management - Proactively monitor business challenges including vendor issues and regulatory changes, instituting preventive improvements

Requirements - BS/BA in Information Technology, Business, or a related field - 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or related technical roles - Demonstrated understanding of United States Air Force lifecycles - Strong grasp of HR business processes such as hire-to-retire, payroll, time and labor, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and performance management - Hands-on expertise with Oracle ERP HR modules (Oracle EBS HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM) - Proficiency with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI - US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Benefits and work setup Fully remote position. Projected compensation range is $137,100–$244,100, depending on experience, skills, education, certifications, and contract labor category.
