Senior Data Quality and Governance Training Analyst

Role overview

Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of an enterprise data stewardship training program for a federal government client within a digital transformation consulting practice. The role operates fully remote with occasional client site travel (10% or less) and supports departments across the Defense, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence sectors. You will oversee stakeholder enablement around the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool, evaluate organizational skill gaps, and present program results to senior leadership including a data council.

Responsibilities

- Oversee development, launch, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise data stewardship training program. - Evaluate organizational skill gaps and define target learning objectives for data quality and governance roles. - Design and author comprehensive data quality and data stewardship training materials tailored to varied stakeholders. - Produce specialized video tutorials and instructional content covering the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool and operational workflows. - Conduct training pilots with select data stewards, gather feedback, and refine materials prior to enterprise rollout. - Roll out finalized training courses enterprise-wide via the Learning Management System (LMS). - Support the IDQ Analyst data quality pilot, including conducting demos, assisting stewards, and presenting results to the data council.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree. - 5+ years of project management experience. - 3+ years of experience delivering data governance and/or data quality initiatives. - 2+ years of experience developing and/or delivering training content. - Hands-on experience with the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool. - Experience with training development tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience applying organizational change management techniques. - Experience working for a public sector customer or in a public sector environment. - U.S. citizenship and a current Secret level clearance or higher.

Nice to have

- Active Security+ certification or a relevant data management certification such as CDMP.
