Data Quality and Governance Training Analyst

Role overview

Support a federal government client's data stewardship program by developing, launching, and maintaining enterprise training that empowers domain experts across data quality and governance roles. The role sits within a digital transformation consulting practice serving the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence sectors, and operates fully remote with occasional client site travel (10% or less). You will evaluate skill gaps, author training content, and enable data stewards to use the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool effectively at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

- Support development, launch, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise data stewardship training program. - Evaluate organizational skill gaps and define target learning objectives for data quality and governance roles. - Design and author comprehensive data quality and data stewardship training materials tailored to varied stakeholders. - Produce specialized video tutorials and instructional content covering the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool and operational workflows. - Enable select data stewards to review training, gather feedback, and refine programs prior to enterprise rollout. - Roll out finalized training courses enterprise-wide via the Learning Management System (LMS) and continuously optimize content. - Support the IDQ Analyst data quality pilot, including conducting tool demos for leadership and presenting pilot results to the data council.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 2+ years of experience delivering data governance and/or data quality initiatives. - 2+ years of experience developing and/or delivering training programs. - Hands-on experience with the Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Analyst tool. - Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - U.S. citizenship and an active Secret level clearance or higher.

Nice to have

- Security+ certification or a data management certification such as CDMP. - Familiarity with change management techniques and public sector engagements.
