About this role
Role overview This senior, customer-facing position leads deployment of an enterprise AI platform purpose-built for supply chain decision intelligence. The role owns a major workstream from planning through go-live, partnering with experienced operators and engineers at a large client to deliver high-visibility outcomes on time and on budget.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end deployment workstreams, from planning through go-live, on a flagship enterprise engagement. - Run meetings independently, build and manage the project plan, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and status. - Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. - Lead structured UAT and drive adoption of platform solutions within the customer's organization. - Train and enable customer teams, including engineers and seasoned operators, to adopt the platform with confidence. - Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users through go-live and into steady-state monitoring. - Partner closely with the internal technical delivery team to translate business needs into platform builds.
Requirements - 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator, building and managing technology systems. - Comfort owning a workstream hands-on: running meetings independently, building project plans, and driving toward a timeline. - Strong program and project management skills. - High energy and high agency, with the ability to navigate a large, complex client organization. - Strong communication skills, especially when working with engineers and experienced, non-technical operator audiences.
Nice to have - Supply chain consulting background. - Oil & gas industry experience. - SQL or Python familiarity.
Benefits and work setup - Remote role based in the United States, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones (Texas is a plus). - Up to 25% travel expected, primarily within the US. - On-target earnings range of $150,000–$205,000, including a 30% variable component tied to individual and business performance. - Eligibility for equity in the company.
