About this role
Role overview A customer-facing platform delivery position focused on deploying an enterprise supply chain AI platform for a major client engagement. The role owns a workstream end-to-end, from planning through go-live and into steady-state monitoring, partnering with both customer teams and internal technical staff to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who operates with genuine autonomy and brings the rigor needed to earn the confidence of tenured operators and engineers on a high-visibility deployment.
Responsibilities - Own deployment workstreams end-to-end, from planning through go-live and steady-state operations - Run meetings independently, manage project plans, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and status - Partner with customer and internal executives to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery - Lead structured user acceptance testing and drive adoption of platform solutions across customer teams - Train and enable customer teams, including engineers and experienced operators, to adopt the platform effectively - Apply AI tools as a default part of delivery, including LLM-assisted modeling and configuration, agentic workflows for data preparation and validation, and AI-generated documentation and test scripts - Identify where AI and agentic capabilities can be embedded into customer planning workflows, such as anomaly detection, AI-assisted demand sensing, and automated scenario generation - Partner closely with the technical delivery team to translate business needs into the platform build
Requirements - 3-7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator, building, connecting, and managing technology systems - Comfortable owning a workstream hands-on: running meetings independently, building project plans, and driving toward a timeline - Adept program and project management skills - High energy, high agency, and comfortable navigating a large, complex client organization - Strong communicator, especially with engineers and experienced, non-technical, operator-type audiences
Nice to have - Supply chain consulting background - Oil and gas industry experience - SQL and Python familiarity
Benefits and work setup - Remote position; hiring in the US or Canada with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones to align with the delivery team and client stakeholders - Up to 30% travel expected, primarily within the US - Annual on-target earnings range of $100,000 to $170,000, with base cash determined by experience and a 20% variable component tied to individual and business performance - Equity participation opportunity
