Role overview A director-level, customer-facing position on a Customer Success team focused on driving adoption, retention, and expansion across large enterprise accounts. The role blends deep supply chain expertise with executive presence and hands-on technical fluency, acting as a strategic advisor embedded inside customer organizations to help them realize value from an enterprise AI supply chain platform.
Responsibilities - Own end-to-end success for the largest enterprise accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver adoption, retention, and measurable business impact - Lead Quarterly Success Reviews, governance sessions, and executive engagements that align stakeholders on account goals, value, and product roadmap - Embed within customer organizations to map operational challenges and translate them into solution strategies spanning scenario modeling, network analysis, operational planning and fulfillment, or AI/ML-powered use cases - Partner with Sales on renewal strategy, expansion planning, and growth roadmap workshops that surface new users, workflows, and business units - Build hands-on within the platform and direct small teams of forward deployed engineers to turn conceptual possibilities into working prototypes that progress through the product life cycle - Advocate customer needs back to Product, prioritize them within the roadmap, and enable customer teams to develop long-term self-sufficiency with the platform, including crafting business cases for expansion
Requirements - 10+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain operations, or go-to-market strategy, with a track record of managing practical AI/analytics roadmaps or transformations - Broad knowledge of supply chain domains, comfortable engaging at both business and technical levels - Deep fluency in at least one core area: modeling and analysis, planning and execution, or AI/ML-driven frontier use cases - Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement, value quantification, and Quarterly Success Review leadership - Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences, with the ability to build high-trust relationships from end users to senior executives - Comfortable training and enabling customers on a dynamic technical platform, including less-technical users, and skilled at shaping growth narratives with cross-functional teams
Benefits and work setup - Remote role; up to 30% travel expected - Annual on-target earnings range of $180,000 to $240,000, with base determined by experience and a variable component tied to individual and business performance - Opportunity to participate in equity
