About this role
Role overview
A senior, customer-facing delivery role owning end-to-end implementation of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization programs on an AI-driven platform. The position blends hands-on technical configuration and modeling with disciplined program management, guiding each engagement from kickoff through go-live and sustained adoption. It is built for a T-shaped leader who can move comfortably between customer strategy, analytics, and technology in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain analytics and optimization programs, owning statements of work from scoping through adoption and value realization - Establish engagement governance, including steering committees, program cadences, success metrics, and risk management practices - Translate business requirements into technical architectures and lead hands-on modeling, data integration, and configuration work directly on the platform - Partner with engineering, data science, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure implementations - Manage cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including offshore delivery partners - Run structured user acceptance testing and lead change management and customer enablement activities that drive genuine adoption - Surface insights and field feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and refine delivery best practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery, with end-to-end ownership of statements of work - Demonstrated hands-on technical delivery capability: comfortable configuring, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting rather than only directing others - Deep understanding of supply chain analytics use cases spanning optimization, prediction, and simulation - Proven experience leading global project teams and managing enterprise-scale programs - Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly at all organizational levels - Track record of running UAT and change management that produces real adoption, not just sign-off - Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Nice to have
- Experience scoping ambiguous customer requests into bounded engagements with clear success criteria - Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments where playbooks are still being built
Benefits and work setup
- Remote role based in Canada with up to 30% travel expected, primarily within the US - Annual on-target earnings between $180,000 and $240,000, with base determined by experience and a 30% variable component tied to individual and business performance - Equity participation in the company - Encouragement to apply even if not all qualifications are met
