Role overview This role leads the social presence of a real-time voice and agent infrastructure platform used by major AI labs and SaaS companies. The work is about earning credibility with software developers by participating in their conversations, not broadcasting at them. The position blends technical fluency with sharp editorial instincts to translate product launches and ecosystem developments into content developers actually share.
Responsibilities - Set the editorial voice across X, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the engineering blog, writing posts developers find credible and worth amplifying. - Turn each product release into a coordinated social campaign, from initial teaser through launch-day threads and follow-up commentary. - Participate in community conversations about agentic AI as a substantive contributor rather than a corporate account dropping drive-by replies. - Track impressions, views, comments, and other engagement signals, then use that data to refine approach and tie activity to developer awareness. - Partner with engineering, product, and developer relations to translate technical work into content that lands with the intended audience.
Requirements - Demonstrable track record of building or growing a developer audience on social platforms, with examples of what worked. - Strong writing ability with the range to adapt voice and format across very different platforms. - Deep personal interest in agentic AI, including enough familiarity with the space to have informed opinions. - Comfort forming hypotheses, testing them, and changing course based on engagement data. - High standards for quality and polish, with willingness to rework or scrap drafts that fall short.
Nice to have - Hands-on curiosity about voice AI, ideally including a project built with a voice agent. - An existing developer following on X, TikTok, or comparable platforms. - Prior experience at an AI or developer-tools company where engineers were the primary audience.
