Senior Brand Designer

Role overview A senior brand designer position for someone excited by a wide creative range, spanning campaigns, events, environmental design, presentations, and physical goods. The role calls for a strong craftsperson who can move quickly, explore many ideas, and consistently produce work that feels cohesive and distinctly the brand's own.

Responsibilities - Lead campaigns from early concept through final execution across digital, print, and out-of-home formats. - Own creative direction and execution for events, including booth graphics, signage, environmental design, and related collateral. - Build presentation systems that make sales decks, marketing materials, and keynote assets feel distinctly on-brand. - Extend the brand into new surfaces and formats while maintaining coherence across the system. - Design physical goods and merchandise that people genuinely want to keep and wear. - Partner closely with marketing and sales to turn loose briefs into strong, shipped creative work at speed.

Requirements - Senior brand designer with strong work across multiple mediums, including campaigns, digital, print, out-of-home, environmental, and presentations. - Experience taking campaign or advertising work from concept through production and into real-world execution. - A systems thinker who can evolve and extend an identity, not just operate within an existing one. - Able to move quickly without compromising craft, detail, or quality. - Actively experimenting with AI tools as part of the creative process, from exploration through execution. - Deep care for the quality of the work and how it shows up in the world; trusted to take on ambiguous, difficult design problems; high bar for craft and execution.
