Role: Techno-Functional Consultant (MS D365 Project Operations)
Project: New product implementation; lead and support with basic to good functional knowledge
Team: 3 consultants at varying experience levels (Junior, Mid, Senior)
Duration: 2 months (with potential to extend)
Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Time Zone: Must be willing to work UAE/Dubai hours
Responsibilities
Lead or actively drive the implementation of MS D365 Project Operations
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide basic functional guidance on project operation features and best practices
Assist with system configuration, business process mapping, and user support during deployment
Requirements
Hands-on experience (varied: Junior to Senior) with MS D365 or similar ERP products
Understanding of Project Operations functionalities—or clear ability to learn quickly
Demonstrated techno-functional skills: capable in both business process and system configuration
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience working remotely across time zones; readiness to operate on Dubai/UAE hours
