Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
Configure and customize D365 Commerce modules, including POS, Retail HQ, and Call Center
Develop extensions and integrations using X++, Retail SDK, and Azure services
Support end-to-end retail processes: sales, pricing, promotions, loyalty, and inventory
Coordinate testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities
Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical layers and provide resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, business users)
