Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
Create plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and JavaScript for advanced customizations.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Power Automate, Azure, and APIs.
Configure and extend Dynamics CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of technical and business requirements.
