About this role
Role overview A technical consultant position dedicated to delivering and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments. The role blends hands-on development, integration design, and lifecycle management to help mid-market organizations modernize their ERP footprint.
Responsibilities - Design, develop, and roll out tailored Business Central solutions aligned to client processes. - Build and integrate AL-based extensions, APIs, and third-party add-ons into the core platform. - Lead data migration, version upgrade, and performance tuning activities across environments. - Diagnose and resolve technical defects, integration failures, and infrastructure issues. - Partner with functional consultants to ensure technical delivery supports end-to-end business scenarios. - Maintain architectural documentation, deployment guides, and coding standards.
Requirements - Hands-on experience developing for Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL or C/AL. - Solid grasp of ERP data structures, integration patterns, and upgrade tooling. - Proficiency with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Microsoft cloud services. - Comfort translating functional requirements into well-structured technical designs. - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application, data, and integration layers.
Nice to have - Experience with Power Platform, Azure services, or ISV solutions in the Business Central ecosystem.
