Role overview

This role provides functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering implementation, configuration, customization, process analysis, and user enablement. The consultant will act as a subject-matter resource, work with stakeholders to define requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and customize Business Central solutions. - Provide functional guidance as a subject-matter expert on Business Central capabilities. - Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential improvements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements. - Recommend Business Central-based solutions that address defined business needs. - Train and support end users in using relevant Business Central functionality.

Requirements

- Experience working as a functional consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Practical knowledge of Business Central implementation, configuration, and customization. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate findings into solution recommendations. - Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-collaboration skills. - Ability to explain system functionality clearly and support users after implementation. - Comfortable serving as a functional subject-matter expert.
