Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and customizing CRM solutions for our clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and functional knowledge to design, develop, and deploy CRM systems that meet our clients' business needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into CRM solution designs.
Configure, customize, and extend CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar systems, to meet client needs.
Develop and implement CRM workflows, business rules, and custom entities to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
Provide technical expertise in areas such as data migration, integration with other systems (e.g., ERP systems), and customization of reports and dashboards.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Provide training and support to end-users during and after CRM system implementations.
Collaborate with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM implementations.
Stay current with updates and new features in CRM platforms and recommend best practices to clients.
Document system configurations, processes, and technical specifications.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of CRM projects within budget and scope.
