CRM Functional Consultant

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Configure and customize CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or other platforms).

Participate in CRM implementation and upgrade projects.

Design CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business processes.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements.

Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user manuals.
