AX/F&O Functional Consultant

Role overview

This role focuses on designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting solutions across Microsoft Dynamics AX and Finance and Operations modules. The consultant will translate operational needs into practical system solutions, help deliver implementation projects, and support users throughout the solution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Design and configure Finance and Operations solutions in line with business needs. - Lead or coordinate implementation activities from solution planning through delivery. - Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve business processes. - Provide functional support to users and help resolve questions related to the system. - Deliver user training to encourage effective adoption of configured functionality. - Prepare documentation and share implementation knowledge with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

- Professional experience as a functional consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Finance and Operations. - Ability to design and configure functional solutions within Finance and Operations modules. - Experience contributing to or leading implementation projects. - Understanding of business-process analysis and process optimization. - Ability to support and train end users with different levels of technical familiarity. - Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
