Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AX/F&O (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial and operational processes along with expertise in configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules. The role involves collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement the system to optimize their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations capabilities.
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules to meet client needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data transferred from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment.
Training and Documentation: Provide end-user training and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements and updates as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
