Job details
About this role
Role overview Drive end-to-end infrastructure delivery programs spanning compute, network, storage, hardware, platform engineering, and data center operations. Work alongside senior TPMs to own defined workstreams today, growing into broader leadership of full infrastructure programs—from datacenter readiness through compute deployment to customer handoff.
Responsibilities - Own defined infrastructure workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables within larger programs. - Drive day-to-day execution across engineering, operations, vendors, and external partners. - Build and maintain project plans, critical paths, dependencies, RAID logs, and execution status reporting. - Coordinate across infrastructure engineering, network, data center operations, platform, security, and hardware teams, connecting engineering execution in Jira to broader infrastructure milestones. - Support hardware deployments, network and storage initiatives, datacenter expansions, migrations, and capacity growth. - Identify blockers and cross-functional dependencies early, and progressively expand scope toward independently leading end-to-end infrastructure programs.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or infrastructure program/project management. - Experience driving programs within infrastructure domains such as compute, network, storage, or data center operations. - Track record of coordinating engineering execution through Jira. - Familiarity with infrastructure capacity planning or hardware lifecycle management.
Nice to have - Experience running programs through Smartsheet. - Exposure to GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, HPC, or distributed systems. - Background in a startup, high-growth company, or similarly fast-moving technical environment.
Benefits and work setup - Anticipated annual base salary range of $160,000–$220,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus and meaningful equity. - Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents. - 401(k) matching (U.S.) and pension contributions (U.K.). - Unlimited PTO, company holidays, floating holidays, and a two-week company-wide winter break. - Paid parental and family leave. - Annual professional development allowance, wellness and work-from-home stipends, four weeks of paid sabbatical after four years of service, flexible schedules with a hybrid model for office-based teams, and complimentary in-office meals at office hubs. - Benefits may vary by location, team, and role.
