Role overview
Lead complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs spanning compute, networking, storage, observability, and datacenter operations for a fast-moving AI platform organization. Drive delivery of high-impact initiatives by defining milestones, managing dependencies, and partnering with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure predictable execution in an evolving technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across multiple infrastructure programs, including network builds and upgrades, storage initiatives, datacenter expansions, and large-scale hardware and platform rollouts - Own program planning, milestone definition, and dependency management across parallel workstreams - Partner with infrastructure engineering, network, datacenter operations, hardware, security, and platform teams to align scope, timelines, and delivery - Coordinate execution for initiatives such as network expansions and migrations, datacenter capacity growth, hardware bring-up, and next-generation platform rollouts including new GPU architectures - Manage risks, blockers, and dependencies across engineering and operations teams - Deliver clear, concise program updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs in infrastructure-heavy environments - Proven ability to coordinate across hardware, network, platform, and software teams - Familiarity with one or more of: GPU and compute platforms, network infrastructure, storage systems, or datacenter operations - Experience coordinating infrastructure readiness for new hardware or platform rollouts - Comfortable operating in fast-paced or high-growth settings with shifting priorities - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and leadership audiences
