Sr. Network Operations Analyst

Role overview Provide senior technical leadership for network operations across a global enterprise environment that includes offices, retail locations, distribution centers, data centers, and cloud services. The role leads complex incident response, strengthens network reliability, and helps the operations team become more capable and proactive.

Responsibilities - Lead investigation and resolution of complex network incidents and serve as a senior escalation point. - Coordinate major incidents across operations, engineering, information security, business teams, and external service providers, maintaining clear ownership and communication. - Improve monitoring, alerting, problem management, documentation, lifecycle practices, compliance, and change readiness. - Guide and mentor network operations staff and build internal technical capabilities. - Use operational data, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to find recurring issues, support root-cause analysis, and reduce manual work.

Requirements - At least eight years of experience in network operations, enterprise network support, infrastructure operations, or a comparable technical role. - Advanced knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, segmentation, and monitoring. - Experience leading complex troubleshooting, major incidents, escalations, problem management, and service improvements in a global enterprise setting. - Ability to provide technical guidance and coordinate work across engineering, security, business stakeholders, and service providers. - Hands-on experience with network observability, operational analytics, or automation technologies.
