Job details
About this role
Role overview A part-time contract opportunity for a designer who blends paid-creative strategy, brand craft, and web UX into a single patient-conversion journey. The work spans Meta and TikTok ad concepts, landing pages, and the broader website experience for a fast-moving healthcare product, with significant use of AI-native design tools to accelerate output.
Responsibilities - Develop paid-creative strategies, hooks, and visual directions for Meta, TikTok, and adjacent growth channels. - Design ad variants, creator briefs, landing pages, and website experiences that connect the acquisition promise to the next step in the patient journey. - Strengthen the visual brand across growth surfaces, including typography, layout, imagery, hierarchy, and trust signals. - Map and simplify key website journeys so prospective patients can quickly understand the offering and convert with confidence. - Translate campaign performance, user feedback, and growth priorities into clear design hypotheses and a steady cadence of experiments. - Build reusable templates, components, and lightweight brand guidance that make future creative and landing-page work faster.
Requirements - Strong portfolio showing personal contribution to homepages, landing pages, intuitive web flows, and brand or growth creative. - Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and brand systems, paired with sound UX judgment. - Track record turning an audience insight or growth brief into multiple creative concepts and testable variants. - Fluency in Figma, plus demonstrated use of AI-native design tools (for example Figma AI, Framer AI, image and video generation) to materially improve speed, range, or quality. - Comfort combining qualitative feedback with quantitative performance data to improve work without reducing every decision to a single metric. - Clear writing, low ego, high ownership, and reliable asynchronous collaboration.
Nice to have - Experience with Framer, Webflow, motion design, creator or UGC briefs, or direct-response creative. - Background in healthcare or another trust-sensitive consumer category.
Benefits and work setup - Hourly rate of $50–$125, depending on portfolio quality, experience, speed, and scope. - Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the ability to scale during launches and major site work. - Remote independent-contractor engagement with reliable overlap with Pacific Time business hours. - Ongoing part-time contract; engagement does not include equity, commission, bonuses, or employee benefits.
