Staff Product Manager

Role overview A Staff Product Manager will own the strategy for a Model Context Protocol server and the integrations that power an AI ecosystem. The role defines how customers use performance and people data inside AI tools they already work in, and how third-party productivity data flows into the platform. This is platform-level work at the intersection of AI, integrations, and HR data, partnering with a fully staffed engineering team.

Responsibilities - Define the multi-year vision and strategy for MCP, agents, and ecosystem integrations - Ship new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with the platform's data - Drive durable platform foundations including authentication, permissions, agentic execution, data access, observability, reliability, and evaluations - Act as a technical thought partner to engineering on tool design and integration infrastructure - Partner with Partnerships and Product Marketing to launch integrations with measurable customer and ecosystem impact - Own outcomes across adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth

Requirements - 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, integrations, API, developer, or ecosystem products - Deep experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems such as ad tech, martech, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, or data connectivity - Technical fluency across third-party integration patterns, data sync, APIs, webhooks, OAuth, permissions, and reliability - A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations and launching partner or marketplace products - Demonstrated ability to turn a platform into a competitive advantage and measurable business lever - Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams around clear priorities - Clear, confident communication with internal teams and external partners - Comfort creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

Nice to have - Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling - Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, particularly with HR, people-data, or other sensitive-data workflows - Experience mentoring PMs or leading product practices across a team

Benefits and work setup Estimated cash salary of CAD $172,000–$230,000, plus eligibility for incentive stock options.
