Senior Business Analyst (LATAM)

Requirements - Senior-level business or technical analysis experience with complex enterprise systems and integrations. - Ability to produce clear, detailed specifications and map workflows and data flows. - Hands-on SQL and database investigation skills; familiarity with logs and tools such as SSMS or Datadog. - Understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, file interfaces, middleware, and ETL processes. - Strong communication and collaboration across business and technical teams, including during ambiguous initiatives. - Practical use of AI tools to improve requirements gathering, documentation, or troubleshooting.
