Deployed Architect, Professional Services (APAC)

Role overview Design and deliver production-ready AI infrastructure and agent applications for enterprise customers. This hands-on consulting role spans cloud and platform architecture, software development, customer assessments, and operational guidance, with an emphasis on secure, reliable systems that address real business needs.

Responsibilities - Architect scalable cloud deployments, including compute, storage, networking, security, and enterprise integrations. - Build infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and high-availability and disaster-recovery strategies. - Design and implement agent systems, evaluation approaches, and prompt experiments; guide applications through deployment and operations. - Assess customers’ technical maturity, clarify requirements, and present practical recommendations. - Coordinate with customer stakeholders and internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements - At least 7 years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering. - At least 3 years designing and deploying production infrastructure on a major cloud provider, with strong Kubernetes experience. - Experience with infrastructure as code, GitOps, databases, high availability, disaster recovery, networking, security, observability, and CI/CD. - At least 1 year building production AI or ML applications, with experience in agent frameworks, state management, evaluation, prompt optimization, retrieval, and tool integration. - Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills, enterprise customer experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly. - A consultative approach, sound problem-solving skills, and experience working across customer, product, and engineering teams.
