Senior Software Engineer - React Native - Consumer

Role overview

Build and improve consumer financial experiences as a senior React Native engineer. You’ll work across engineering, Product, and Design to turn customer problems into mobile features, owning the work from early discovery through launch and follow-up improvements.

Responsibilities

- Develop polished React Native experiences for customer journeys such as product discovery, trading, and simpler account interactions. - Partner with Product and Design to clarify user needs, question assumptions, and shape solutions when requirements are still open. - Own features end to end, including technical decisions, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration. - Use customer behavior, feedback, and product data to assess whether shipped work is effective and identify improvements. - Build responsive, reliable experiences that use APIs and dynamic or real-time data. - Contribute to engineering discussions and reviews, and help maintain a high bar for product quality.

Requirements

- Strong React Native experience building and shipping production mobile applications. - Product judgment and the ability to translate loosely defined problems into useful, measurable outcomes. - Experience owning features from problem framing through post-launch improvement. - Familiarity with API-driven applications and dynamic or real-time data. - Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Design, communicate clearly in English, and make considered technical decisions.

Nice to have

Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, payments, or another consumer product where reliability and user trust matter. The role is listed in Poland.
