Senior Product Engineer

Role overview Build and improve software products that address practical business needs, using AI where it helps deliver useful, reliable solutions. The work spans shaping ideas with others, implementing product features, and taking responsibility for the quality of what ships. This is a full-time remote role for someone based in Canada, excluding British Columbia.

Responsibilities - Work with teammates to understand product needs and turn them into working software. - Design, build, and refine product features from early exploration through delivery. - Use AI-assisted development thoughtfully while applying sound engineering practices. - Collaborate on real customer or product problems in hands-on working sessions. - Share and discuss examples of software you have built, such as a live product, repository, portfolio, or demo.

Requirements - Be located in Canada outside British Columbia and legally able to work in Canada. - Bring substantial product engineering experience and examples of completed work. - Be able to contribute across problem-solving, implementation, and product quality. - Communicate clearly with teammates about your work and technical decisions.
