About this role
Role overview Investigate user problems in a crypto tax product, then use those findings to help improve its features, data quality and integrations. The role begins in customer support, building product and user knowledge through real cases, before progressing into product specialist work, typically within about 30 days.
Responsibilities - Investigate complex support cases, identify root causes and share user feedback. - Examine transaction and portfolio discrepancies, including imports, API differences and cost-basis calculations. - Work with product and engineering colleagues to turn user insights into product improvements. - Help developers diagnose bugs and improve integrations. - Test features and support quality assurance and automation efforts. - Communicate findings clearly to users and colleagues.
Requirements - Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain protocols and on-chain activity. - Ability to use block explorers to investigate transactions. - Analytical, curious and self-directed approach to problem solving. - Near-native English communication skills, both written and verbal. - No previous product specialist experience is required.
Nice to have - Experience investigating crypto transaction data, imports, integrations or tax calculations. - Interest in translating user research and feedback into practical product changes.
