Senior Data Analyst

Role overview Deliver analytics and process improvement work for healthcare revenue cycle projects, helping clients make better use of financial and operational data. The role combines hands-on querying and validation of large datasets with dashboard and presentation development, stakeholder collaboration, and investigation of workflows that could be improved or automated.

Responsibilities - Query, validate, analyze, and optimize complex datasets to produce dependable reporting and useful business insights. - Support revenue cycle analytics engagements using healthcare finance and operational data. - Translate findings into dashboards and slide decks that clearly explain key trends and their business impact. - Work with client stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend more effective workflows. - Explore end-to-end processes and identify opportunities to automate manual work. - Contribute to system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation as needed.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related science field. - At least two years of experience using Snowflake. - Strong SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, common table expressions, and window functions. - At least two years in professional services or consulting, with experience working with healthcare finance or revenue cycle data. - Intermediate to advanced Excel ability and experience with data visualization tools. - Strong analytical, financial, technical, organizational, and communication skills, including explaining complex findings to varied audiences. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Nice to have - Graduate study in business, healthcare administration, or public health. - Experience with Sigma or Power BI, in-depth revenue cycle expertise, or system implementation work.
