Project Manager - Unified Visual Communications

Role overview Coordinate end-to-end delivery of audiovisual and unified communications deployments for enterprise customers in a remote, US-based position. You will juggle several mid-to-large engagements simultaneously while acting as the primary point of contact throughout execution.

Responsibilities - Coordinate all internal and external tasks required to deploy assigned service projects - Run multiple mid- to large-size projects concurrently, along with several smaller initiatives - Lead internal and external kickoff meetings and establish project schedules - Schedule and facilitate recurring project status meetings as conditions demand - Perform job cost assessment and tracking, and produce monthly project forecasts - Support the Sales function with project timelines and RFP responses when requested - Interface with vendors as needed to keep delivery on track - Serve as the single point of contact during project execution

Requirements - Proven project management experience within the AV, video conferencing, or unified communications sector - Demonstrated ability to lead project teams to defined success criteria - PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills - Prior supervisory or leadership background, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively - Willingness to travel domestically, including multi-night stays, with occasional international travel - Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record - Willingness to complete background checks and drug tests as required by contracts
