About this role

Role overview Define the integration strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of nonprofit fundraising products. The role spans customer discovery, product planning, and close work with engineering and external technology partners. A central initiative is creating the tools and self-service experience partners need to connect their systems with less hands-on support.

Responsibilities - Set a scalable integration vision and roadmap that reflects customer needs and broader business priorities. - Interview and collaborate with users to uncover integration problems, test concepts, and translate findings into product opportunities. - Guide features from discovery through launch, making trade-offs and aligning investment with revenue, retention, and profitability goals. - Write clear product specifications and work with design, engineering, and third-party teams to shape technical plans and resolve delivery issues. - Define success measures, review customer and product data, and adjust the roadmap based on outcomes and feedback. - Coordinate partner ecosystem development and support integration operations, including API credentials, access governance, customer escalations, and current security documentation.

Requirements - 3–5+ years in a product role, ideally working on B2B or enterprise products. - Experience improving products and managing a portfolio of releases in an Agile environment, with sound backlog management and understanding of Scrum. - Practical knowledge of integration concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI specifications, Postman, JSON mapping, webhooks and polling, error handling, and rate limits. - Ability to work through technical questions with internal and partner engineering teams. - Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, including the ability to connect technical capabilities to customer value.

Nice to have - Familiarity with data formats and transformation, such as JSON, CSV, and XML, as well as data normalization and API payload mapping.

Benefits and work setup - Advertised compensation is CAD $105,000–$140,000 OTE annually, depending on experience, market benchmarks, and role complexity.
