About this role
Role overview A security software organization is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own designated capabilities of its AgileSec platform end to end. The product focuses on cryptographic posture management, enterprise cybersecurity, and emerging post-quantum cryptography initiatives. The role partners with engineering, design, support, sales, alliances, and product leadership to translate customer insight into shipped value, and is open to remote candidates based in the United States.
Responsibilities - Drive assigned capabilities through discovery, planning, execution, release readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement - Synthesize customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and usage data into prioritized opportunities and clear requirements - Maintain and groom the product backlog with engineering, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and define success metrics - Partner with UX and engineering to simplify complex security workflows and improve usability - Support releases, documentation reviews, launches, and go-to-market activities, including partner integrations - Contribute to cryptographic risk management and post-quantum cryptography initiatives
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Prior experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable product role - Strong grasp of agile methodologies and the end-to-end product development process - Ability to engage credibly with technical concepts such as PKI, cryptography, or enterprise security software, including Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments - Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA or Confluence - Excellent communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
