Senior Implementation Operations Specialist

Role overview A Senior Implementation Operations Specialist is needed to strengthen the systems, processes, and resources behind successful B2B customer implementations at a fast-growing cybersecurity software company. The role combines business analysis, project management, process improvement, data validation, stakeholder communication, and training, working closely with Implementation leadership and cross-functional partners. It is a remote-first position, with a hybrid option available for candidates based in the Chicago metro area.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to surface trends, anomalies, root causes, and operational insights - Build reports and analyses that support Implementation leadership decisions, and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations - Identify and manage operational improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives from problem identification through delivery, including requirements gathering, risk management, blocker resolution, and outcome measurement - Maintain project documentation, status updates, and visibility through Jira and other project management tools - Evaluate and improve existing processes while developing scalable solutions involving tools, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration - Design and deliver training for new processes, tools, and operational changes, including follow-up to support adoption

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience, plus five or more years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related role - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to build, analyze, and validate reports - Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions, with experience managing projects from problem identification through delivery - Strong organizational skills, execution discipline, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives - Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau or similar BI tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets or Excel - Experience supporting SaaS implementations, customer onboarding, or professional services, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise software, along with familiarity with change management and process adoption
