Role overview Lead the end-to-end user lifecycle strategy across web and mobile trading products, owning the vision that connects acquisition, activation, and retention into a unified journey. This is a senior, leadership-track product role for someone who can blend commercial thinking, behavioral data, and hands-on product design to grow active, high-value users.
Responsibilities - Define and run the cross-platform lifecycle product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs spanning web and mobile app experiences. - Coordinate lifecycle initiatives with PMs owning acquisition, activation, and loyalty/retention to keep goals aligned. - Design in-product triggers and contextual UI that move users from sign-up through to active, habitual trading behaviors. - Own the behavioral event taxonomy and ensure reliable, real-time data flow from trading terminals into analytics and operational systems. - Partner closely with CRM and Marketing leadership so in-product messaging complements, rather than competes with, external campaigns.
Requirements - 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years leading lifecycle, retention, or growth products at group/lead level. - Deep familiarity with growth engineering, event-driven architectures, user state management, and tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel. - Track record in FinTech, trading, crypto, iGaming, or other high-volume B2C transactional products. - Strong command of mobile and web onboarding flows, in-app engagement mechanics, and conversion rate optimization. - Advanced skills in behavioral segmentation, cohort analytics, and unit economics including LTV, CAC, and payback period. - Proven ability to align product, data science, and engineering teams around shared, quantitatively grounded OKRs.
Nice to have - Direct experience in CFD/Forex brokerage or crypto exchange user lifecycle product management. - Integrating predictive ML models such as churn or LTV scoring into dynamic in-app flows. - Background in growth engineering or product analytics.
