IT Ops Lead

Role overview This role leads an internal Helpdesk function that underpins the company's IT infrastructure, covering device fleet management, identity and access, networking, and core corporate services. The position combines day-to-day operational ownership with long-term strategy, automation, and team development in close partnership with Engineering, Security, and Leadership.

Responsibilities - Lead daily Helpdesk operations and define the function's long-term strategy, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality - Maintain and monitor corporate network equipment, access control systems, and overall network performance - Oversee the full hardware lifecycle, from procurement and setup through maintenance and replacement - Manage and optimize corporate software licenses and standardize onboarding and offboarding processes - Supervise configuration and support across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments, including Google Workspace and Atlassian administration - Coach and develop the team through structured feedback, knowledge sharing, and participation in hiring - Partner with management and cross-functional teams on operational and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in SysAdmin, IT Support, or Helpdesk roles - 2+ years of team leadership experience - Demonstrated success in process building and automation - Solid understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, IPsec, and DNS - Strong hands-on experience with macOS, Unix/Linux, and Windows administration - Practical experience with Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, and access control systems - English at B2 level and strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills
