Role overview
A senior product manager is needed to own discovery, strategy, and execution for high-impact products within an enterprise B2B portfolio, with direct accountability for multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where the underlying products are increasingly AI-driven. The position partners closely with engineering, AI/innovation, sales, and cross-functional leadership to set priorities, define OKRs, and deliver results quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product management: problem definition, prioritization, roadmap creation, execution, and delivery. - Partner with AI/innovation leaders to define OKRs, quarterly priorities, and roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals. - Lead agile teams using lean practices, balancing rapid experimentation with reliable execution and releases. - Drive discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and rapid validation of ideas. - Define requirements for MVPs, AI-enabled features, and enhancements, using product metrics to iterate quickly. - Align engineering, AI, sales, customers, and leadership around the highest-leverage initiatives and clearly communicate the "why."
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience on B2B web or platform products. - Proven track record delivering first-generation or early-stage products from concept through launch. - Comfort working with AI-powered products; experience with generative AI is a strong plus. - Strong experience with experimentation, MVP definition, and iterative delivery in lean or agile settings. - Demonstrated success operating in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments. - Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to make confident, timely choices using imperfect information.
