Senior Developer Relations Advocate

Role overview

Help grow adoption of developer infrastructure for the Solana and Web3 ecosystem by combining technical expertise with community engagement. This remote role focuses on supporting developers, improving the learning experience around a platform, creating practical technical content, and representing the project at industry events.

Responsibilities

- Support developers through community channels by answering technical questions and helping resolve adoption challenges. - Gather recurring feedback from the developer community and communicate useful insights to product and engineering teams. - Create, maintain, and improve documentation, guides, examples, and other technical content across public channels. - Participate actively in forums and developer communities such as Discord, Slack, and Stack Overflow. - Speak at conferences and ecosystem events, contributing to education, relationship-building, and community growth.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of professional experience developing production software, with the source indicating a typical range of 3–5 or more years. - Strong written and spoken English communication skills. - A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge and industry experience. - Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as JavaScript, Go, Python, Rust, or Ruby. - Interest in helping developers adopt new technologies and translating technical concepts into useful guidance.
