Digital Learning Designer

Role overview Create practical digital learning that helps customers understand and use software confidently, complete important tasks, and adopt new features. The work spans discovery, content design, production, and ongoing improvement, turning product knowledge into learning materials that can serve many users.

Responsibilities - Work with product owners, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to learn how features work, whom they serve, and where users may struggle. - Ask follow-up questions and identify what customers need to know or do, then choose an appropriate learning format. - Develop online courses, learning pathways, instructional copy, scripts, screen recordings, short videos, guides, quizzes, and assessments. - Keep learning accurate as software changes and apply learner feedback and usage data to improve it. - Contribute to shared content standards and explore AI-assisted tools and workflows.

Requirements - Experience creating digital learning, customer education, software training, enablement, instructional materials, or support content. - Ability to explain software, systems, or technical processes in clear, practical language. - Experience gathering information from users, product teams, subject matter experts, or technical specialists. - Strong written communication and confidence asking probing questions to understand an unfamiliar subject. - Curiosity, a proactive learning approach, and a customer-focused understanding of how learning supports product adoption and ongoing use.

Nice to have - Background in software, SaaS, technology, or another customer-facing environment. - Interest in developing skills in instructional design, video, authoring tools, or AI-assisted content creation.
