Interview Engineer (Thailand)

This is a contract or freelance opportunity to facilitate technical interviews with software developer candidates around the world through a structured interviewing platform. The role focuses on creating inclusive hiring experiences that reduce bias and improve the quality of hiring signals for partner organizations. Interview Engineers evaluate candidates, share structured feedback, and collaborate with the platform team on content and process improvements.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate technical interviews through the platform while creating a positive candidate experience - Assess candidates on fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving approach - Provide structured, objective feedback on candidate performance after each interview - Collaborate with the platform team to test interview content, processes, and product improvements - Maintain reliable and professional interview delivery that supports fair evaluation practices

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer - Excellent English communication skills with strong professionalism and interpersonal ability - Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection - Currently residing in Thailand or another supported country listed on the platform's website - Resume submitted in English

Nice to have

- Prior experience conducting technical interviews, for example on data structures and algorithms
