About this role
Role overview This role leads product strategy for Order Quality within a large-scale fulfillment operation, sitting at the crossroads of shopper and customer experience. The position shapes how orders are discovered, substituted, and fulfilled using modern AI and large language model capabilities. It is a senior individual contributor opportunity for someone who can balance customer empathy with operational rigor in a fast-moving, two-sided marketplace.
Responsibilities - Define and drive the multi-quarter roadmap for order quality, moving work from initial discovery through scaled launch and ongoing iteration. - Partner closely with design, research, and engineering to translate shopper and customer needs into product experiences grounded in real in-store retail context. - Establish success metrics and run a disciplined experimentation program using A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. - Collaborate across data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy to ship responsible features at scale without sacrificing speed. - Build alignment among diverse stakeholders, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and prioritize ruthlessly based on customer and business impact.
Requirements - 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in operationally complex physical environments such as logistics, marketplaces, or retail. - Track record of taking products end-to-end, from early concept through scaled delivery. - Strong analytical foundation, comfortable navigating ambiguity and using data to prioritize. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. - Deep understanding of customer and shopper experience, paired with accountability for meaningful commercial outcomes. - Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced, evolving organization.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first model with flexibility to work from home, an office, or a preferred location. - Market-competitive compensation, with eligibility for new-hire equity grants and annual refresh grants; the listed base pay range for Canadian candidates is $194,000–$204,500 CAD. - Hiring restricted to candidates based in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
