Role overview Lead the strategic vision for promotional systems on a large-scale e-commerce platform, designing technical and analytical solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention. This senior product role partners closely with engineering, data science, and marketing to ship discounting capabilities that scale across millions of users.
Responsibilities - Build product roadmaps and define key success metrics for discounting and promotional features aligned to business goals and market needs - Analyze redemption rates, ROI, and related performance signals to iterate and improve existing promotions - Plan and run product research, usability studies, and functional experiments that surface opportunities and forecast outcomes - Design self-service tools and scalable integrations that let business partners launch new offerings quickly - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end promotional capabilities and negotiate tradeoffs across roadmap priorities
Requirements - Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent) - At least 2 years of product management experience owning roadmap strategy, definition, and end-to-end delivery - At least 2 years designing and shipping large-scale software products in deeply technical domains - At least 2 years developing metrics and KPIs to measure product performance - At least 2 years of experience running user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments - At least 2 years using SQL or similar analytical tools to produce data-driven product recommendations - Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, and modern web application architectures
Nice to have - Background negotiating tradeoffs across cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving product organization
