Job details
About this role
Role overview
This Senior Product Manager position centers on a high-stakes enterprise platform bet: giving business customers significantly more control over how they differentiate and extend their digital storefronts. The role blends AI-assisted customization, extensibility, and integrations so partners can craft experiences that feel distinctly their own. It is an ambiguous problem space with substantial latitude to set vision and regular exposure to senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for an enterprise platform surface that enables business customers to create differentiated experiences while preserving appropriate platform guardrails. - Build AI-assisted tooling that makes sophisticated customization dramatically faster and more accessible for partners and internal teams. - Define the right balance between partner flexibility and platform coherence, protecting conversion, reliability, and maintainability as new capabilities are introduced. - Expand platform extensibility so partners can support increasingly sophisticated use cases and integrate with broader technology ecosystems. - Partner directly with sophisticated enterprise customers to understand their technical and business needs, shape product strategy, and drive solutions that scale across the platform. - Work closely with engineering, design, commercial, and product peers to convert an ambitious long-term vision into a high-velocity roadmap and measurable customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B product management or comparable experience. - Strong experience operating at the intersection of product and go-to-market, partnering with enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success. - Proven ability to build trust with senior executives, both internally and externally with customers. - Demonstrated leadership across large, multidisciplinary teams spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM. - Track record of handling complex product problems across a wide surface with high ambiguity. - Strong product vision and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate how e-commerce will evolve over multiple years and translate near-term asks into scalable platform offerings. - Balance of product intuition and data fluency, weighing qualitative insight against quantitative impact.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-accelerated creation tools, including text or image prompt-based workflows for generating or customizing UI, content, or code. - 2+ years of involvement with sales, consulting, or senior-executive customer discovery.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote role, with hiring restricted to specific Canadian provinces (Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia). - Market-competitive compensation; the published base pay range for Canadian candidates is $194,000–$204,500 CAD. - Eligibility for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants, with the full benefits package varying by location.
