Role overview
The Associate Product Manager role partners with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to drive product features from ideation through execution. The position contributes to the evolution of a large-scale consumer platform serving grocery and household goods delivery, helping shape systems that handle complex logistics and a diverse user base. This is an early-career product role suited to someone with prior experience translating user research and quantitative analysis into shipped product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate new features and design techniques to optimize and scale multiple platform components. - Analyze existing systems, user research, and business needs to define product requirements and technical roadmaps. - Apply data analysis and quantitative methods to measure product performance, inform strategy, and refine user experiences. - Conduct technical research, usability studies, and functional experiments to identify new product opportunities aligned with broader company goals. - Track and communicate product development timelines, results, and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent). - 12 months of experience in the Associate Product Manager role or a closely related product position. - 12 months of experience using quantitative research, case studies, functional experiments, and user feedback to surface opportunities to improve technical product features. - 12 months of experience defining metrics and KPIs to measure performance for large-scale software products. - 12 months of experience with data analysis and experimentation techniques, including A/B testing. - 12 months of experience using SQL or comparable analytical tools to extract meaningful user insights.
