Senior Product Manager - (Remote)

Role overview

A senior product role on a B2B SaaS platform that unifies customer data, personalization, and journey orchestration across channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, web, and app. The position sets the why, when, and what of what engineering builds, leading cross-functional teams from ideation through launch and shaping product strategy in a globally distributed, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch - Build product strategy that reflects the platform's vision and clearly communicate the business value behind each release - Define and coordinate the release process and the activities required to bring new products to market - Manage and prioritize the product backlog, generate and curate new ideas, and continuously benchmark the market, competitors, user needs, and emerging technologies - Define and analyze metrics that track feature and product performance as well as customer satisfaction, then recommend improvements - Champion a culture of ownership where committed, focused team members play their positions to the best of their abilities

Requirements

- Five or more years of product management experience, preferably on a B2B SaaS product - A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, ideally in computer science, engineering, or a related field - Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time-bound schedules - Hands-on experience with agile product development - Exceptional decision-making and communication skills - Ability to absorb customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate them into detailed product specifications - A real passion for detailed feature design and problem solving - Self-driven, organized, entrepreneurial; able to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision - Fluent in English
