AI Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Martech) - Remote

Role overview

A fully remote product management role based in Turkey, focused on shaping AI-powered features for a B2B SaaS marketing technology platform. The position sits at the intersection of generative AI, customer journey orchestration, and enterprise product strategy, partnering closely with engineering, design, and research teams. The right candidate will own the "why, when, and what" of new product initiatives from ideation through launch.

Responsibilities

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven features, articulating clear business intent to cross-functional teams - Lead end-to-end delivery, from ideation and prioritization through release coordination and post-launch analysis - Build, iterate, and refine conversational AI experiences and LLM-powered agentic solutions used by B2B customers - Translate customer research, competitive analysis, and market signals into detailed product specifications - Define and analyze success metrics, monitor customer satisfaction, and recommend continuous improvements - Benchmark emerging technologies in generative AI and personalization, feeding insights back into product direction

Requirements

- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably on a B2B SaaS product - Hands-on experience applying large language models, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning - Practical familiarity with LLM-powered agentic solutions and model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral - Working knowledge of GenAI fundamentals: LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, and accuracy trade-offs - Experience with agile product development and leading cross-functional teams on time-bound delivery - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, ideally in engineering, business, or a related field - Fluent in English and Turkish

Nice to have

- Experience establishing quality and accuracy processes for conversational AI channels - Comfort building customer journeys using low-code or drag-and-drop automation platforms
